Everything you need to know about getting your 9x12 website up and running.
During your 7-day free trial, you'll have full access to create and customize your 9x12 website, including all dashboard features and editing capabilities. Your site will launch instantly on a subdomain. Custom domain registration is included only after your trial converts to a paid subscription.
No matter which plan you choose, onboarding is simple. You'll be able to edit your site in the dashboard within minutes of launching. For Custom Mode users, you'll fill out a simple onboarding form to get your site looking exactly how you want it to.
Instant Mode users launch instantly on a subdomain (or bring your own) during the free trial. Custom domain registration or connecting your domain happens after your trial converts to a paid subscription and can take up to 24 hours. Custom Mode users sites launch within 24 hours (with the exception of Saturday as we don't do business on the Sabbath), as long as the onboarding form is filled out in time.
During your free trial, your site will be available on a subdomain (or bring your own). After your trial converts to a paid subscription, both plans include a custom domain of your choice, or you can connect your own. If you're connecting your own domain, you can hook it up within an hour if you know how to edit DNS records. If you need help just use the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the screen!
Both plans include a form submission that will forward leads to your set email address.
If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, your site will be turned off, but it will not be deleted, if you decide to resume again, we can turn it back on within minutes. If a domain was purchased for you, and you want to cancel and move to another service, we will transfer the domain for you to where you'd like it to be.
Both Instant Mode and Custom Mode plans include editing all of the content on the base website, including background photos, text, badges, pricing sections, etc. Custom Mode users can request additional sections and features to be added to their site.
Custom Mode users have the option to run multiple cities, and we can set up a multi-edition version of the site for you.
Yes, everything including SSL is included in both packages - custom domain registration (after your free trial ends), hosting, SSL certificate, and ongoing maintenance and feature updates/requests. During the free trial, your site runs on a subdomain or you can bring your own.
