Everything you need to know about getting your 9x12 website up and running.
No matter which plan you choose, onboarding is simple. You'll be able to edit your site in the dashboard within minutes of launching. For premium users, you'll fill out a simple onboarding form to get your site looking exactly how you want it to.
Basic (do it yourself) users launch instantly on a subdomain, custom domain registration or connecting your domain can take up to 24 hours. Premium users sites launch within 24 hours (with the exception of Saturday as we don't do business on the Sabbath), as long as the onboarding form is filled out in time.
Both plans include an instant subdomain (yoursite.9x12tools.com) and a custom domain, if you're connecting your own domain you can hook it up within an hour if you know how to edit DNS records.
Both plans include a form submission that will forward leads to your set email address.
If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, your site will be turned off, but it will not be deleted, if you decide to resume again, we can turn it back on within minutes. If a domain was purchased for you, and you want to cancel and move to another service, we will transfer the domain for you to where you'd like it to be.
Both basic and premium plans include editing all of the content on the base website, including background photos, text, badges, pricing sections, etc. Premium users can request additional sections and features to be added to their site.
Premium users have the option to run multiple cities, and we can set up a multi-edition version of the site for you.
